3ds Max Outsourcing that keeps your pipeline intact
3ds Max outsourcing for studios that already run a pipeline. We build, light and render inside your scene file, keep your names, layers and units, and hand it back in a state your own artists can keep working in.

Light and material work from Lesmee's own renders
Client scenes are covered by NDA and never shown without written consent, so these frames come from Lesmee's own visualization work.

Every scene returns ready for your artists
Acceptance is checked before the file leaves our studio, not when your team opens it.
The worked MAX file
Saved to the 3ds Max version on your order, with scene units, names and layers exactly as you set them.
Rendered output
Final renders as JPG, PNG or EXR, whichever your pipeline takes next.
Collected asset folder
Textures and linked assets gathered in one place with paths relinked, so nothing is missing on open.
Clean render layers
No leftover helper objects hiding in the render layers.
Change notes
A short note of what changed, so your lead artist knows where to look first.
Extra 3ds Max capacity without another hire
CGI and archviz studios
Overflow scenes in a deadline crunch, done in your file structure so they drop straight back into the pipeline.
Architecture offices
More scenes built from your drawings, without adding to the in-house visualization team.
Interior design firms
Interiors lit and rendered with the renderer and 3ds Max version you already use.
Agencies reselling CGI
NDA-covered work kept out of our portfolio, with commercial usage rights passing to you on full payment.
How 3ds Max outsourcing runs, scene by scene
The costly decisions are made before any render time is spent.
Send the scene
The scene file with its assets, or drawings to build from, plus your renderer and version (V-Ray, Corona or Arnold) and your naming, layer and unit rules.
Quote and file check
A per-scene quote within 24 hours. An unusable file is flagged within 2 working hours, before production time is billed; a problem that changes the estimate, within 4.
Camera sign-off
You approve each camera angle on a gray-shaded draft before render hours go in.
Render, review, deliver
Two revision rounds are included. The scene ships with assets collected and relinked, saved to your version, with change notes.
Quoted per scene before work starts
Scenes vary too much for a flat rate, so every job is priced per scene within 24 hours of receiving the file.
Included
- Work inside your file, names, layers and units
- Camera approval on a gray-shaded draft
- Two revision rounds, each one consolidated list of comments
- Assets collected and paths relinked
- Fixes at our cost if a delivery misses the acceptance checks, with no round used
What affects the price
- Number of scenes in the job
- Starting point: your working scene, or drawings to build from
- Scene condition once opened
A scope change after approval becomes a new order, quoted first. 3ds Max is a trademark of Autodesk, Inc.; V-Ray, Corona and Arnold belong to their respective owners. Lesmee is an independent studio, not affiliated with any of them.
Outsourcing that respects how your studio works
- Your conventions stay putNames, layers and units stay as you set them, and the file is saved to your 3ds Max version rather than a newer one.
- Cameras approved firstThe gray-shaded draft settles composition, so render hours go into frames you have already signed off.
- Discreet by defaultNDAs signed, no portfolio use without your written consent, and no files passed to third parties.
- Our miss, our costA delivery that fails the acceptance checks is fixed at our expense, without using one of your revision rounds.
3ds Max outsourcing questions, answered
How much does 3ds Max outsourcing cost?
Each job is quoted per scene within 24 hours. If the opened scene has problems that change the estimate, we tell you within 4 working hours.
Which renderers and 3ds Max versions do you work with?
V-Ray, Corona or Arnold, in the 3ds Max version stated on your order. The file is saved back to that version so it opens in your pipeline.
Can our artists keep working in the file?
Yes. Names, layers and units stay as set, assets are collected and relinked, and no helper objects are left in the render layers.
What files do we get back?
The MAX file, renders as JPG, PNG or EXR, the collected asset folder and a short note of what changed in the scene.
Is our scene kept confidential?
Yes. We sign NDAs with business clients, never publish your work without written consent and never share files with third parties. Project data is kept for up to 12 months after completion.
What if our scene file is broken?
We tell you within 2 working hours, before any production time is billed. If we cannot start, you are not charged.
Send your next scene and get a quote in 24 hours
Attach the scene or drawings, name your renderer and 3ds Max version, and share your naming rules.
- Work stays inside your file structure
- Unusable files flagged within 2 working hours
- Two revision rounds included
Production capacity in 3ds Max for studios that already have a pipeline. We work inside your scene, keep your naming and layer structure, and hand the file back in a state your own artists can pick up.
What you need to send
- The scene file with assets, or the drawings to build from
- Renderer and version (V-Ray, Corona, Arnold — and which build)
- Your naming, layer and unit conventions
How it runs
- Place the order with your drawings, references and the view list.
- We check the source inside two working hours and confirm scope.
- You approve the camera angles on a grey-shaded draft — before any render time is spent.
- We render, then you review. Two revision rounds are included.
- We deliver the finals, and the source files if they are on the order.
What you receive
- The worked scene file, assets collected and paths relinked
- Rendered output at the agreed resolution
- A short note on what changed in the scene
File formats
- MAX (version stated on the order)
- JPG / PNG / EXR renders
- Collected asset folder
Quoted per scene after we open the file; we tell you inside 4 working hours if the scene has problems that change the estimate.
Before you order
- The scene file with assets, or the drawings to build from
- Renderer and version (V-Ray, Corona, Arnold — and which build)
- Your naming, layer and unit conventions
Step by step
- Place the order with your drawings, references and the view list.
- We check the source inside two working hours and confirm scope.
- You approve the camera angles on a grey-shaded draft — before any render time is spent.
- We render, then you review. Two revision rounds are included.
- We deliver the finals, and the source files if they are on the order.
Getting the best result
- Send the highest-quality source you have — a better capture costs nothing extra and removes a revision round.
- Name the standard or template you work to on the order, not in a later message.
- Collect every comment into one revision round; piecemeal notes cost turnaround, not accuracy.
Acceptance standard
Scene units match what you set. Assets are collected and relinked, no missing maps on open, no leftover helper objects in the render layers. Saved to the 3ds Max version you use, not a newer one.
Turnaround
Quoted per scene after we open the file; we tell you inside 4 working hours if the scene has problems that change the estimate.
Revisions
Two revision rounds are included on every order. A revision is a correction against the brief as it stood when work started. A change to the brief itself is new work and is quoted before anything is done.
If the source material is unusable
We tell you inside two working hours, before any production time is billed. If we cannot start, you are not charged.
Rework at our cost
Anything that misses the standard stated above is corrected at our cost, with no revision round consumed.
Ownership
Final deliverables are yours on payment. Working and source files are yours too where the order says so; otherwise we keep them for 12 months and can release them on request.
Confidentiality
Addresses, drawings, scans and anything else you send are used for your order only, and are not published, resold or used as samples without your written permission.
What we do not do
We draft and visualise what you brief. We do not make structural, zoning or building-code judgements, and a drawing from us is not a substitute for a survey, an appraisal or an engineer's stamp.
